Adam Witty – Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Adam Witty is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Media Group, heading up strategic business development and growth opportunities for the company. What began in the spare bedroom of his home is now an international media company with leading businesses in book publishing, magazine publishing, and television & video.

Adam is the author of 21 Ways to Build Your Business with a Book, 21 Ways to Build Your Business with a Magazine and co-author of How To Build Your Dental Practice With a BookHow to Build Your Law Practice with a Book and Click: The Ultimate Guide to Internet Marketing for Authors. Adam’s weekly television show Author Advantage TV™ and Entrepreneurs Library TV™ can be seen on internet television station Advantage.tv. In addition, Adam serves as the Publisher of Advantage Magazine™.

Adam is an in-demand speaker, teacher, and consultant on marketing and business development techniques for entrepreneurs and authors and is a frequent guest on the acclaimed Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour. Adam has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, Young Money Magazine, and on ABC and Fox and was named to the 2011 INC. Magazine 30 Under 30 “list of America’s most cool entrepreneurs”.

Adam serves on the Board of Directors of Banco MicroCapital, a Peruvian based micro finance organization and Youth Entrepreneurship South Carolina (YEScarolina). Adam is a member of the Council on Small Business for the US Chamber of Commerce. Adam is a proud alumnus of Clemson University and happy to call Charleston home.

Ralph Crozier – Chief Operations Officer

Ralph Crozier is the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing day-to-day business operations and working to increase Advantage’s strategic position and visibility in the marketplace. Ralph has twenty-two years of experience in the commercial real estate sector combined with several years of strategic advisory services for small to mid-sized companies in the Washington DC.

His professional experience has spanned the operational spectrum from project management, operational streamlining, strategic planning and consulting to creative problem solving, team management and the development and implementation of business plans to yield significant growth results. Ralph led a series of large and complex real estate projects, one of which earned local and national awards for the Architect and General Contractor, in addition to serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Case Handyman Services (a National Franchise,) Boggs & Partners Architects, and Grow Fast, Grow Right, all in the metro DC area.

Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and is the proud father of two sons. He lives, with his wife, Lori in Arlington, Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina.

Denis Boyles – Chief Content Officer

Denis Boyles is the Chief Content Officer of Advantage, heading all editorial efforts company-wide.

An accomplished editor, writer, and journalist, Denis is the author of more than a dozen books, and the editor of several dozen more. A 30-year veteran of journalism, he has written for The New York Times, the Washington Post, the Toronto Globe and Mail, Esquire and many other magazines. He was a founding editor of Southern California Preview and a contributing and senior editor at some of the most popular magazines in America, including Playboy, Men’s Health, National Lampoon and the New York Times Magazine. He created the editorial voice (and some of the most popular editorial features) of Men’s Health, now widely imitated by other men’s magazines, and is a National Magazine Award finalist.

As a consultant, Denis has been involved in a number of important magazine launches, re-launches and redesigns for News Corp., TV Guide, Fitness, and Rodale. He’s also the former editorial director of Third Age Media, Rodale’s men’s sites, and Toyota’s web-hub of six lifestyle ezines. He is the co-editor of the Fortnightly Review and is currently working on a new book about publishing for Knopf. He will appear with Prof. Anthony O’Hear, director of the Royal Institute of Philosophy, at the Chavagnes Great Books Conversation in France this summer. Denis frequently teaches writing workshops and other courses for colleges and universities.

Kim Hall – General Manager, Publishing Group

Kim Hall serves as the General Manager & Creative Director of Advantage Publishing Group, overseeing all functions related to the production of books, magazines and marketing collateral for all Advantage clients and strategic partners. Kim guides Advantage clients through the publication process from manuscript, to editing, to cover and interior design to final printed books and magazines.

Kim brings over 25 years experience in designing, creating and directing the development of consumer packaging, point-of-purchase graphics, corporate identity packages as well as books, audio and video products. The most notable campaigns Kim has overseen have resulted in product placement in major retailers including Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, K-Mart, Barnes & Noble, Harris Teeter, Sam’s Club, and Costco.  She has also created numerous consumer packaging campaigns for SONY Music, Rhino, EMI and NASCAR.

Kim resides in Charleston with her two Yorkies, Laverne and Shirley.

Seth Rubenstein is the director of technology for Advantage Media Group he is responsible for the daily operations of our technology initiatives including leading the KnowledgePress development team.
