Corey Kupfer is an expert strategist, dealmaker, and business consultant with more than 30 years of professional negotiating experience as a successful entrepreneur, and attorney. The founder and president of Authentic Enterprises, LLC and the Authentic Business Academy, Corey is dedicated to inspiring authenticity in business through speaking, training, and consulting on topics such as authentic negotiating, authentic deal-making, building authentic business relationships, and authentic conversations about difference.
Corey holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and runs his own Manhattan-based firm, Kupfer & Associates, PLLC, where he applies his passion for negotiating and deal-making to advance clients’ business interests. He previously practiced law at Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson, working primarily on public offerings, private placements and leveraging buyout transactions, and labor and employment law. Corey also has extensive experience in corporate and real estate matters from his work at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and in the registered investment advisor space as a Partner at Hamburger Law Firm.
