Scott grew up in Bear Creek, Wisconsin. In 1967, his father Rolland Young, Sr. founded the family’s home improvement business. Upon graduation from Clintonville Senior High School in 1980, Scott joined the family business, learning the trade by working in every department.
In 1999 Scott purchased the home improvement business. In 2000, he shifted the company’s focus to windows and doors, renaming it AHT Windows. Scott lives in the New London area with his wife and youngest daughter. He also has three happily married daughters. Scott enjoys fishing and hunting, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
