Dr. Veronica McLymont holds a PhD in organizational leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, an MS in nutrition from Hunter College, and a BS in foods and nutrition from Brooklyn College. She is the recipient of awards in Excellence in Management, Business, and Leadership. She is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, certified dietitian-nutritionist, and a certified professional life coach. She lives and works in New York City. In 2011, she was recognized as one of the “25 Most Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal. She is a sought-after speaker, having given numerous lectures on nutrition and leadership related topics.
Dr. McLymont is a former President of the Westchester/ Rockland/Dietetic Association; Nominating Committee Chair of the Clinical Nutrition Management Dietetic Practice Group; a board member of the Healthcare Foodservice Administrators’ Association of Greater New York; Nominating Chair-elect for the Management in Food and Nutrition Systems, Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
