About our Producer

Joe Pardavila is a broadcaster, actor, writer, director, and producer born and bred in New York City. Prior to joining ForbesBooks Radio as podcast host and network producer, he was a radio personality who was heard on legendary New York City radio station, 95.5 PLJ where he was part of their successful morning show for over 15 years that had over a million listeners daily in the metropolitan area. While at ‘PLJ he interviewed musical artists like Ed Sheeran, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, John Mayer, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, the Jonas Brothers and more. He also spoke with entertainers and newsmakers that include Tom Hanks, Kevin Bacon, Mike Tyson, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, and Kim Kardashian.

Joe co-hosted the critically acclaimed podcast "The Science of Sex" with NYU professor Zhana Vrangalova which was recognized as one the Top Podcasts by Maxim and Men’s Health Magazines. Joe also studied Sketch & Improv Comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade and was a founding member and actor in the New York based sketch comedy group, Clip Show. The group performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and the People’s Improv Theater and their video sketches were featured on Funny or Die and The Huffington Post.
