Marketing Project Manager

Courtney holds the critical role of Marketing Project Manager within the Authority Institute, our exemplary, in-house marketing firm. Throughout her day, she diligently oversees the timelines of our Members’ marketing initiatives, from conceptualization to execution. In addition to tracking expenses, Courtney delegates tasks to our spirited team of content writers, digital marketing strategists, and graphic designers.

Making an art form of organization and time management, she concurrently balances multiple projects while keeping a close eye on the quality and timeliness of each one. Her efforts help ensure that our Members’ social media presence is maintained, and that marketing campaigns are launched and meticulously tracked. She and her associated Account Manager meet several times per week to touch base on the requests of a given Member and the status of their project. She values the extent of interaction that her job affords, as she gets to coordinate with the whole of the Authority Institute team.

A graduate of Penn State University, Courtney holds a degree in Marketing and International Business with a Spanish minor. A great deal of her professional background centers on product development and corporate merchandising, having worked primarily in fashion accessories for Brooks Brothers & Liz Claiborne in New York City. During her time in New York, she managed licensed brands including: Lauren Ralph Lauren, Chaps, Trina Turk and ABS by Allen Schwartz. At present, she provides private consulting in the realm of corporate merchandising to small independent companies.
