As an Associate Editor, Lauren Franceschini works on various stages of a manuscript, as well as on back covers and other supplemental sections of each book. Before joining our team, she was an English student at Elon University where she completed Marketing and Journalism internships in both Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and London, England. Most recently, she was the Editor-In-Chief for Elon’s art and literature journal, Colonnades.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Elon University. Her major includes a double concentration in Creative Writing and Professional Writing & Rhetoric. She is also an alum of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
Originally from Long Island, New York, Lauren and her family moved to Doylestown, Pennsylvania in 2006. Besides reading and writing, in her free time she enjoys baking, hiking, camping (or anything outdoors), running, sailing, and ceramics. She played the violin for 12 years and once completed a 25-day hiking and backpacking expedition in the Wind River Range in Wyoming. Lauren has also lived abroad in both London, England and San Jose, Costa Rica.
